Here is an introducing of the mutli or parallel undo-redo feature of DrawCake.
It's usual situation, when we are editing multi-layered picture, completed one layer and see that we make a mistake in another. So, choice is poor: rollback all or edit that mistake.
DrawCake works with layers and objects separately. Each object has own history, each layer has own history. For example, we have two layers with two lines:
We can change form of lines, first and second:
We can change bevel and color of second line:
Then we can go to first layer with first line and undo some changes:
Now we can go to second layer, draw something, add sublayer and apply some effects:
Then we can redo in first layer, or hide some steps of second line history - objects and effects still will be applied:
History window contains information depended on which object is active now: when you click to layer in "Layers" you will see history of layer you select. Also, if you click to Object - you will see history of current object.
